Job Title: Storage & Server - Capacity Management Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:
The Storage & Server - Capacity Management Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the Analyse, plan and optimization of enterprise storage and server infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, performance, and scalability of systems while managing capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Capacity Management:
Analyze current usage trends and forecast future capacity needs.
Develop and maintain capacity models and dashboards.
Collaborate with application and business teams to understand growth patterns.
Review/Prepare MIS data & preparation presentations for submitting to management, strategy /steering committees & regulatory requirements
Publish Dashboard on Projects pertaining to Capacity, Tech Upgrades, Obsolescence and also on Review Status
Monitoring & Reporting:
Use tools like Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, or Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring.
Generate regular reports on system performance and capacity metrics.
Security & Compliance:
Ensure data integrity and security across all storage and server platforms.
Adhere to ITIL and ISO standards for change and incident management.
Regulatory management and process audit support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in storage and server Infra planning.
Knowledge of Power BI, automation tool like 365 , ppt, excel
knowledge of storage, Database
Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Knowledge of power bi, automation tool like 365 , ppt, excel
Understanding of ITIL processes and capacity planning methodologies
Use tools like Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds, or Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring.
