What you will be doing
Working in different BPMN projects for clients across globe.
Prioritize Project Implementation initiatives.
Articulate and implement requirements defined in user stories.
Validate user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.
Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
Lead or take part in sprint planning and review meetings to communicate feedback to different stakeholders.
Interact with product owners and product managers to translate requirements and get articulated in product backlog.
Play a pivotal role in implementing Commercial Loan Original projects implementations.
Perform client requirements gathering workshops, put together project plans, perform data mapping /requirements workshops, assist clients in performing data validation and reconciliation testing, system integration testing, UAT and Go-Live support.
Assist PS/Pre-sales in preparing and delivering estimations and SOW documents.
Support sales organization and process with specific BPMN expertise and product knowledge
Work with stakeholders/clients to understand technical problem statements and convert them into user stories.
Maintain and develop knowledge of Commercial Loan Origination requirements and current regulations that apply to our current and prospective clients.
What you will bring
At least 7 plus years of hands-on experience in design and/or development of software products and project implementation using BPMN (Business Process Modelling and Notation) tools with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility.
Experience in leading a team of BPMN developers and guiding them during software development
Experience with agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and SAFe.
Advanced knowledge of C#, .Net technology will be an added advantage.
Familiar with Business Process Modelling concepts, Jav Scripts, XSL, XSD.
Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organization.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment.
Hands-on experience with Jira.
Positive team-oriented attitude.
Familiar with design pattern and AI basic concepts.
Knowledge of the financial services marketplace will be plus.
