Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Microsoft technology ecosystem experience to facilitate Agile delivery, drive Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help cross-functional teams deliver high-quality solutions on time.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Microsoft-based technology teams and projects, along with strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
Coach development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles.
Remove impediments and proactively address delivery risks and dependencies.
Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and other Agile metrics.
Coordinate across engineering, QA, architecture, product, and business teams.
Manage cross-team dependencies and support effective release planning.
Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement Agile best practices.
Support delivery of Microsoft technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
Help teams adopt engineering and delivery best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Microsoft Technology Background
Candidates should have experience working with one or more of the following:
Microsoft Azure / Azure DevOps
Microsoft .NET / C#
Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft 365
Azure Cloud / Cloud-native applications
Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, Pipelines and Wiki
CI/CD and DevOps environments
Microsoft-based enterprise application development
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with significant experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
Experience managing Agile teams in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira / Confluence or similar Agile tools.
Strong facilitation, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
Strong stakeholder and dependency management skills.
Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, QA, architecture, and business teams.
Previous experience with Microsoft technology projects is strongly preferred.

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
PMI-ACP
SAFe Agilist
Nice to Have
Experience in large-scale Microsoft transformation programs.
Azure DevOps implementation experience.
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud, or application modernization projects.
Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams / Agile Release Trains.
