FIELD TECHNICIANS – CANDIDATE POOL
$600/day + 12% Super | Casual FIFO from Perth
Wolf Mining & Resource Services is building a candidate pool for upcoming exploration programs across WA. We welcome applications from both civilians and former military personnel looking to step into remote field work.
EX‑MILITARY APPLICANTS ENCOURAGED
Your Defence experience transfers strongly into exploration: teamwork, logistics, equipment handling, safety, and operating in challenging environments. Veterans seeking structured transition pathways are encouraged to connect with Working Spirit.
CIVILIANS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
Relevant hands‑on experience is highly desirable. We’re seeking applicants with practical backgrounds such as trades, agriculture, logistics, mechanical work, outdoor labour, or similar physically demanding roles. Only candidates with transferable skills suited to remote field work will be considered.
THE ROLE
• RC & diamond drilling support
• Sample collection & processing
• Core handling
• Field data recording
• Remote camp operations
• 12‑hour field shifts
THE OFFER
• $600/day base + Super
• FIFO from Perth
• Typically 2:2 roster (host dependent)
• Meals & accommodation supplied
• Mineral exploration sites
• Immediate starts available
• Training & host‑required tickets can be arranged
ESSENTIALS
• Australian work right
• C Class manual licence
• Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) + CPR
• National Police Check (within 3 months)
• Pre‑employment medical & D&A testing
