ServiceNow End Use Developer
Profile Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team for an end use in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will excel in developing complex stories with a strong focus on autonomy, technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications and technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to project specifications and development best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions developed on the platform.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and the functionality of developed solutions.
Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve ServiceNow platform issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer on the ServiceNow platform.
Preferred experience working within an Agile/SCRUM methodology.
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following modules:
ITSM Professional
Software Asset Management (SAM)
ITOM Discovery
Strategic Portfolio Management Standard
Highly valued experience in any of the following technologies:
CMDB (Integrations, Identification/Reconciliation rules)
Performance Analytics
Virtual Agent
Now Mobile / Now Agent (ServiceNow Mobile Apps)
Preferred Certifications:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
Discovery
Software Asset Management
Hardware Asset Management
Compensation and Benefits:
Remote freelance rate: €300-350 per workday.
Full-time employment option available for candidates located in the Aragón region.
