Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely, accurate communication between clients and internal creative teams. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, preparing and delivering presentations, managing feedback and revisions, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and project status. The Client Servicing Executive will support account growth by nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and contributing to smooth execution of photo, video, and content production projects.
Qualifications
Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations and foster long-term partnerships.
Experience in Customer Service with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Proficiency in Presentations, including creating and delivering clear, engaging proposals and project updates.
Account Management capabilities to oversee multiple projects, track deliverables, and support renewals or upselling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident interpersonal abilities.
Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working closely with creative and production teams; prior experience in media, advertising, or production is an advantage.
Relevant education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
