Role Description The AI Software Engineer will work full time on-site in Anuppur, collaborating with designers and developers to integrate AI-driven features into mobile graphics applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing machine learning models, building and optimizing neural network architectures, and developing scalable software components that support interactive, graphics-focused user interfaces. The role involves applying pattern recognition and natural language processing techniques to enhance user experiences, such as intelligent content generation, adaptive UI behavior, and smart recommendations. The AI Software Engineer will also maintain and improve existing codebases, participate in code reviews, document technical solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into reliable, performant AI-enabled features.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Practical experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real-world applications.
Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for AI and mobile development (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin, C++, or Swift).
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar tools).
Ability to design, test, and optimize AI models for performance and resource constraints on mobile devices.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in AI or machine learning is an advantage.
Experience in mobile app development or graphics programming is a plus.
