Product Manager – Renewable Energy (Slovenia)

Our client, a fast-growing Europe-based renewable energy start-up, is expanding its footprint across Eastern Europe. With a strong focus on solar, battery storage, EV charging, and smart energy solutions, they are driving the transition toward a more sustainable and efficient energy future.
To support this growth, we are looking for a Product Manager based in Slovenia to drive the development and positioning of innovative renewable energy solutions.
The Role
As a Product Manager, you will:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for renewable energy solutions.
Gather and translate market, customer, and partner requirements into product specifications.
Work closely with R&D, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
Support product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Provide technical product training and support to internal teams and external partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role within the renewable energy industry.
Strong understanding of solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging, or other clean energy technologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Slovenia and occasionally across Europe.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
