Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software products, focusing on robust, scalable architecture and clean code. Daily responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, reviewing code, performing debugging, and optimizing performance across web and cloud-based systems. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Multan, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable digital solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-grade applications.
Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side logic.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related design patterns.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with modern frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., RESTful services, SQL/NoSQL, AWS/Azure/GCP).
Ability to write clean, testable code and use version control and CI/CD tools effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Prior experience in leading technical initiatives, performing code reviews, and mentoring engineers is highly beneficial.
