Role Description This is a pivotal role for a silver jewellery brand. Because silver occupies a unique space—more accessible than gold but more "forever" than fashion jewellery—the content needs to balance aspirational luxury with relatability.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. (Please only Jaipur based candidates will be considered)
Core Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with product launches, wedding and festive seasons, gifting campaigns, and brand objectives.
• Curate and maintain a premium visual identity across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube through high-quality product shoots, lifestyle content, and cohesive feed planning.
• Create engaging content, including Reels, Shorts, stories, and static creatives that resonate with our target audience.
• Plan and execute campaigns to support product launches, new collections, and website drops.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, platform updates.
Monitor KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, and conversions, and present actionable monthly performance reports.
Requirements and Skillsets
✔ A strong aesthetic sense with a genuine passion for jewellery, styling, and luxury branding.
✔ Proven ability to create high-performing Reels and short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro/Rush, or similar.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
✔ Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions, storytelling content, and high-converting CTAs.
✔ Experience with community building and organic audience growth—not just content publishing.
✔ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
✔ Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
✔ 1–3 years of experience managing social media for luxury fashion, jewellery, premium lifestyle, or D2C brands.
✔ Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Meta Business Suite is mandatory.
