BIM Architect

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with strong experience in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM modelling. The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed architectural models, preparing coordinated drawings, and ensuring accuracy in design documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
Develop BIM models from concept design to GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP consultants.
Identify and resolve clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP services.
Prepare detailed working drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and design requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
Update BIM models as per design revisions and site requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and BIM model management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in BIM architecture.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and clash detection.
Ability to coordinate with structural and MEP teams.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use architectural projects will be preferred.
