Whether you are a CA, CMA, or Finance graduate with corporate or consulting experience, this opportunity offers a platform to work with global clients and transform finance processes using leading ERP solutions.As our clients are based across different geographies, candidates should be comfortable collaborating with international teams and working with timezone overlaps whenever required. Roles and Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting (Core Expertise)
• Lead and support implementation of NetSuite Financial Modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Cash & Bank Management
• Revenue Recognition
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Intercompany Accounting & Consolidation
• Multi-currency and Multi-subsidiary accounting
• Translate statutory accounting, management accounting, and reporting requirements into NetSuite configurations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Design chart of accounts, financial structures, and period close processes
Desirable Skillset:
Finance & Domain:
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)
• Ability to translate business requirements into into NetSuite configurations
• Act as the functional point of contact during the project
Consulting & Client:
• Confident in leading client discussions, workshops, and UAT sessions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Personal Attributes:
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and project delivery
• Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment
Candidate Prerequisites:
We are specifically looking for candidates with a Finance, CA, or CMA background who are passionate about building a career in ERP consulting and business technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
CA/CMA with Articleship plus a minimum of 1 year of post-articleship experience, or
Finance graduates with 2-4 years of corporate or consulting experience in finance, accounting, audit, ERP, or business transformation.
Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting processes.
Prior ERP exposure is a plus but not a mandatory requirement. Candidates with a strong finance foundation and willingness to learn ERP consulting are encouraged to apply.
Experience interacting with clients or business stakeholders is preferred.
Exposure to international clients is an added advantage.
Comfortable working with global clients and flexible enough to accommodate timezone overlaps when required.
