INFINIUM PHARMACHEM LIMITED is an NSE Listed, well known Pharmaceutical Intermediates & APIs manufacturing company since 2003.
We are looking for enthusiastic and well experienced candidate for post of Maintenance and Project Head for our well-known drug pharma company since 2003.
Job Title: Maintenance And Project Head
Location: Plant - Sojitra, Dist. Anand, Gujarat
Experience Required: Minimum 8–10 years (with at least 3 years in a leadership/project management role)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)
Note: Candidate must have experience in an Intermediate and API Pharma Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end execution of all new and ongoing projects, from concept to commissioning.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company strategy.
Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and safety teams to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and GMP standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Conduct regular progress reviews and present status reports to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, cost optimization, and process innovation.
Mentor and guide project engineers and execution teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in industrial/manufacturing project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector.
Strong understanding of equipment installation, utilities, and plant commissioning.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with GMP norms, EHS standards, and statutory compliance.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
