Salesforce Senior Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations and project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, along with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive project success and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to ensure project alignment.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Project Management).
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Familiarity with other CRM systems and integration tools.
Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce project management.
