Application Administrator Team Lead

This leadership role oversees an application administration team while driving quality, testing, performance, and continuous improvement across enterprise applications.
You’ll establish effective QA standards and testing practices while ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory expectations.
The position combines people leadership with hands-on application administration, project leadership, process improvement, and technology evaluation.
You’ll monitor application performance and quality metrics, identify risks, and guide teams toward reliable and efficient releases.
The role also involves evaluating new tools, platforms, automation opportunities, and performance technologies to strengthen application management capabilities.
Success requires strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, clear communication, and the ability to translate technical needs into practical strategies.
