This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Learning & Development based in the United States.
This fully remote leadership role will shape and scale enterprise-wide learning and development across a complex, rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
You will define the learning strategy, modernize the learning ecosystem, and connect workforce development to measurable business outcomes.
The role spans onboarding, clinical and operational training, leadership development, instructional design, learning technology, and field enablement.
You will lead a multidisciplinary, geographically distributed team while partnering closely with operations, clinical leadership, technology, talent, and other stakeholders.
A major focus will be on leveraging analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and modern instructional design to create scalable learning experiences.
The position offers the opportunity to influence workforce capability, employee development, operational performance, and long-term organizational growth.
