Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

As the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics) you will lead a team responsible for providing in-depth logistics insights, from geographical operations and fleet performance to delivery efficiency and cost optimization. You will work closely with the Logistics, Service Operations teams as well as other analytics teams to ensure that data-driven decision-making supports our scaling needs and improves customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing analytics team. Provide hands-on coaching to structure and solve complex logistics problems, ensuring the team delivers scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Strategic Alignment & Roadmap: Partner with logistics leadership to translate business priorities into high-impact analytical initiatives. Shape the analytics roadmap and support business performance management processes in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Frameworks & AI Data Products: Design composite performance metrics to strategically guide business outcomes. Enhance semantic data models and collaborate with Analytics Engineering and AI COE teams to build and deploy scalable, self-serve agentic AI data products.
Advanced Analytics & Decision Science: Champion operations research and causal impact quantification methods. Apply rigorous decision science to inform strategic trade-offs, unlock efficiency opportunities, and strengthen a data-driven culture.
End-to-End Ownership & Executive Storytelling: Own logistics analytics outcomes from problem framing to execution. Synthesize KPIs, trends, and performance drivers into executive-ready narratives that highlight risks and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience, with 10+ years in analytics/data science and a track record of building and leading high-performing individuals or leads.
Proven impact in logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics, delivering measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and service performance.
Strong technical depth in SQL and Python, with experience in statistical modeling, experimentation (A/B testing/causal inference), operations research (simulations, optimization), ML based forecasting methods and building scalable data products or analytical solutions via AI tooling.
Exceptional problem-solving in ambiguous environments, with the ability to structure complex business problems and translate insights into clear decisions and actions.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Track record of raising the bar—hiring, mentoring, and developing talent, while elevating analytics from reporting to a decision science function that drives business outcomes.
