About the role:
This is a full-cycle recruiting role covering hiring across Product, R&D and GTM roles. You'll own searches end to end, from defining the role with a hiring manager through sourcing, screening and offer, working across every function we hire for rather than one specialty.
What you’ll do:
Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across Product, R&D and GTM roles
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes
Proactively source strong candidates through direct outreach, referrals and networks
Manage the candidate experience from first conversation through offer
Track recruiting pipeline and hiring metrics to continuously improve our process
Help implement and maintain recruiting tools and workflows as the company grows
What we are looking for:
5+ years full-cycle recruiting at high-growth tech startups with global recruitment experience
International recruiting experience across Product, Technical and GTM roles, with strong English communication skills
Hands-on sourcing experience and ability to engage candidates directly in a fast paced recruiting environment
Familiarity with recruiting software - ATS and AI sourcing tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Metaview, Linkedin Recruiter).
Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent Hebrew and strong English.
