Role Description The Full Stack Java Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and software solutions across the stack, with a focus on Java-based technologies. Responsibilities include building robust back-end services, implementing responsive front-end interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring application performance and security. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sangli, requiring regular coordination with project stakeholders and adherence to established development standards and timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, preferably with Java and related frameworks.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills to work across presentation, business, and data layers.
Candidates should possess experience with relational databases, SQL, and basic database design principles.
Candidates should possess knowledge of version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development practices.
Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and familiarity with testing and debugging tools.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in web application security, RESTful APIs, and agile methodologies is beneficial.
