Role Description The Senior Video and Motion Graphics Artist is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and producing motion graphics, 2D animations, and video content from initial idea to final delivery. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, developing storyboards, designing visual elements, creating animations, and assembling video sequences with appropriate pacing and transitions. The artist will also refine assets based on feedback, ensure brand and visual consistency across all materials, and optimize content for different digital platforms. Additional responsibilities may include mentoring junior creatives, maintaining organized project files, and staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills, with experience creating dynamic, engaging visual content.
Candidates should possess Graphics and Storyboarding skills to translate concepts into clear visual narratives and layouts.
Candidates should possess 2D Animation skills, including character, typography, and icon-based animation for diverse formats.
Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or equivalent software.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing video, motion graphics, and animation work across different styles and platforms.
Candidates should have excellent visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
A relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Design, Film, or a related field, as well as prior experience in a similar senior role, would be beneficial.
