1. Center Head – 1 Position
Qualification: Relevant degree / Master’s / Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Management
Experience: 2–5 years in preschool leadership or early-years coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management and smooth day-to-day functioning of the preschool.
Lead, supervise and support teachers and support staff.
Plan and monitor age-appropriate learning and development activities.
Ensure a safe, child-friendly and nurturing environment.
Manage parent communication, counselling and regular feedback.
Coordinate admissions, attendance, events and school activities.
Maintain school records, documentation and basic administrative reports.
Ensure implementation of preschool policies, SOPs and safety protocols.
Coordinate with management regarding academic, administrative and operational matters.
Support teacher development, training and performance improvement.
Key Skills: Leadership, communication, parent counselling, team management, planning and problem-solving.
2. Preschool Teacher – 2 Positions
Qualification: Minimum Graduate; NTT / Montessori / ECCE training preferred
Experience: 3–4 years in early-years/preschool education
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging, play-based and age-appropriate classroom activities.
Support children in Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) and holistic development.
Develop children’s language, communication, motor, social and emotional skills.
Prepare lesson plans and learning activities according to the curriculum.
Maintain a positive, inclusive and child-friendly classroom environment.
Monitor individual children's learning and developmental progress.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
Organise storytelling, art, music, games and experiential learning activities.
Maintain classroom materials, attendance and basic academic records.
Ensure children's safety, hygiene and well-being throughout school hours.
Key Skills: English proficiency, classroom management, creativity, patience, communication and child-friendly teaching methods.
3. Preschool Attendant – 1 Position
Qualification: Class 10th Pass
Experience: Experience in childcare/preschool environment preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in maintaining a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Support children during arrival, departure, playtime and daily activities.
Assist children with basic personal care, hygiene and cleanliness.
Help maintain cleanliness of classrooms, play areas and common spaces.
Assist in arranging learning materials, toys and classroom resources.
Support teachers during outdoor activities, events and school programmes.
Ensure children are supervised and safe at all times.
Report any safety, health or behavioural concerns to the teacher/Center Head.
Maintain a caring, respectful and child-friendly approach toward all children.
Key Skills: Patience, caring attitude, responsibility, teamwork and basic child-care awareness.
