Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marine Documentation & Compliance Executive to manage and maintain marine certification, statutory documentation, and compliance records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the marine, offshore, or shipping industry and a strong understanding of vessel documentation and regulatory requirements.

* Marine & Master Mariner documentation
* Marine certificate review & tracking
* Vessel inspections & audits
* Compliance & document control
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Marine/Offshore/Shipping experience
* Knowledge of marine certifications
* Good documentation & coordination skills
* MS Office proficiency
* ISM / ISPS / MLC knowledge is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or related maritime field
Prior experience working with shipping companies, ship management firms, or classification societies
