Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Noida
Role Description:
Will be responsible for spearheading a new project along with managing the marketing
communications of ABP News, with special focus on social media marketing and using
social media to build brands.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop Strategies and Plans:
Create integrated marketing strategies for New Property, aligning with overall company
goals.
2. Campaign and Event Management:
Plan, launch, and manage organic as well as paid campaigns across various media, ie 360
marketing promotions with clear focus on Social Media along with responsibility to plan,
manage and execute property campaigns.
3.Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend
changes to optimize future efforts and improve ROI.
4. IP Building :
Devising and charting a roadmap to build a new IP from scratch, primarily through social
media targeting a focused audience
5. Brand Awareness:
Work to boost the organization's presence and brand visibility through consistent messaging
across all marketing efforts, especially social media.
6. Budget Management:
Oversee campaign budgets and manage relationships with third-party agencies and vendors.
7. Collaboration:
Manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, in devising and executing plans .

1. Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organisational
objectives.
2. Analytical Skills:
Proficient in analysing marketing data and reports to derive insights, optimize campaigns, and
build strategies
3. Language:
Proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali/Marathi
4. Digital/Social Marketing:
Knowledge of digital/social platforms(all), SEO, SEM, and aware of key KPIs on social
media platforms with clear understanding of social media metrics and drivers. Should live
and breathe Social Media
5. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating pitch/presentations,
collaborating, and making brand presentations
6. Creativity:
Ability to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing ideas and out of the box solutions
to organisational problems
7. Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to the ever changing news industry and moving with the times and
requirements and timelines
