BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and strengthen our professional network and generate new business opportunities for both our businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Kitchen Dealers, Builders & Construction Companies.
Generate outbound leads through calls, networking and field visits.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and appointments.
Identify ongoing and upcoming projects and generate qualified business opportunities.
Follow up regularly and convert relationships into projects/business.
Maintain the contact and project database/CRM.
Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, events and networking meets.
In the absence of the Store Manager, handle showroom walk-ins and basic showroom operations professionally.
Candidate Profile
2–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B / Project Sales preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, field visits and meeting professionals.
Self-driven, presentable and target-oriented.
Good knowledge of Hyderabad.
Experience in building materials, granite/marble, tiles, kitchens, appliances, interiors or construction is preferred.
An existing network of architects, designers, KDs or builders in Hyderabad is a strong advantage.
Basic knowledge of Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook will be an added advantage.

Salary: Fixed + Performance Incentives
