TRAINER & LEARNER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE

Upwizely is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainer & Learner Success Associate to join our founding team in Kolkata.
We are moving from launch into daily operations, and this is an opportunity to become an important part of building the platform from the ground up. If you enjoy people interaction, coordination, problem-solving and technology, this role could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Connect with trainers and guide them through the onboarding process
🔹 Be the go-to person for trainer queries related to scheduling, technology and payments
🔹 Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of live workshops from start to finish
🔹 Respond to learner queries related to bookings, payments and certificates
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams and trainers to resolve operational issues
🔹 Support the development of our corporate learning and training ecosystem
🔹 Contribute ideas and help improve processes as Upwizely grows
