Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-oriented B2C Customer Support Executive to provide excellent support to customers across GCC regions. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through Email, WhatsApp, and Chat.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Good typing and multitasking skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or DMLT
