What you'll do
Ship 4–5 short-form videos a week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X
Turn real customer stories — a restaurant owner, a shop, a before and after — into clips people finish
Cut product footage into demos that hold attention past the first three seconds
Design the static posts and carousels that run between the videos
Own the calendar: what goes out, when, on which platform
Read the numbers each week and change what you make next week
What we're looking for
A public portfolio or account with at least 20 short-form videos you made end to end
One year or more making short-form video for a brand, a creator, or your own account
You edit in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut — tell us which
You take raw footage to a finished 30–60 second vertical video inside a day
You write your own hooks and on-screen captions in English
You shoot usable footage yourself, on a phone, in available light
Nice to have
Motion graphics — After Effects, or template-based animation
Static design in Figma or Canva for carousels and thumbnails
You've grown an account past 10,000 followers and can say what actually worked
You've made content for local businesses, restaurants, or B2B software
AI tools already in your pipeline — generation, captioning, voice
What's hard about this job
You own the whole pipeline: idea, script, shoot, edit, post, review the numbers. There is no producer and no agency. The budget is a phone, a mic, and your editor.
The subject is small-business software, not lifestyle. Making a review reply or a website rebuild feel worth watching is the real skill we're hiring for.
Volume is steady. Four to five videos a week, every week.
