Senior Business Development & Marketing Partner

We’re looking for an experienced professional to develop their own client pipeline through business development, marketing and relationship building.
This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an independent contractor opportunity for someone who values flexibility, autonomy and the ability to develop their commercial activity within an established framework.
What You’ll Do
Develop marketing and outreach activity to generate enquiries
Identify and engage prospective clients
Hold professional conversations by phone and Zoom
Understand client needs and introduce relevant programmes
Build, manage and follow up your own client pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records
Review results and refine your approach

About You
We’re looking for someone with significant professional experience, ideally 10+ years.
Your background could be in business development, marketing, sales, consulting, recruitment, professional services, account management, leadership or another client-facing profession.
You should be:
Confident communicating and building professional relationships
Comfortable with commercial conversations
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
Comfortable developing and managing your own client pipeline
Entrepreneurial and focused on measurable outcomes
UK-based and available during UK business hours
Working Arrangement & Compensation
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employed or salaried position.
Compensation is performance-led and linked to commercial results.
As with independent business activity, individuals should expect to be responsible for their own normal operating expenses and any costs associated with establishing and running their activity.
