Role Description The CNC Machine Maintenance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and conducting timely repairs to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, inspecting components, replacing worn parts, calibrating equipment, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role also requires coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement activities related to machine reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting and diagnostics for mechanical and electrical systems.
Candidates should possess skills related to maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
Candidates should possess familiarity with power plant or large-scale equipment operations, where applicable.
Candidates should possess experience or exposure to high-precision systems such as aircraft or similar complex machinery, where applicable.
Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience in CNC machine maintenance or similar industrial maintenance roles.
Knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance practices, and use of maintenance tools and instruments.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, and maintain clear documentation of maintenance activities.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
