Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution for interior and furniture installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane involves coordinating with clients, design teams, and vendors, managing project timelines, resources, and materials, and monitoring quality at each stage of implementation. The Project Manager will prepare and track project plans, handle site supervision, resolve issues and roadblocks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes. The role also includes cost tracking, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of project processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to oversee on-site execution, including vendor management, resource allocation, and quality control for interior or furniture projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage client expectations.
Proficiency in basic project documentation and reporting; familiarity with project management tools or software is an advantage.
Background in interior design, furniture manufacturing, construction, or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in engineering, interior design, architecture, project management, or a related discipline.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
Ability to work on-site in Thane full-time, with flexibility to visit client locations and project sites as required.
