Required Skills
1-9 years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) security.
A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (BTECH) degree.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Saviynt, including configuration, development of workflows, and connector management.
Strong understanding of core IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Familiarity with directory services protocols (LDAP) and enterprise directories like Microsoft Active Directory.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
Clear and concise communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
