Position: Accounts, CRM & Digital Marketing Executive
Location: ULTRAGEO Warehouse, Bijnor Road area, Lucknow
Job Type: Full time, on-site
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience
We need a responsible, tech-savvy and proactive person who can handle both daily accounting work and customer enquiries.
Main Responsibilities
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices
• Maintain customer, supplier, sales and purchase ledgers
• Record cash, bank and expense transactions correctly
• Track outstanding payments and prepare daily accounts reports
• Maintain stock-related records and coordinate with warehouse staff
• Prepare organised data for GST returns and the CA
• Handle WhatsApp Business enquiries professionally
• Share catalogues, prices and product details with customers
• Call and follow up with dealers, builders and other leads
• Record every enquiry and follow-up in the lead sheet or CRM
• Manage basic Instagram and Facebook posting
• Create simple Canva designs and monitor Meta leads
Required Skills
• Tally Prime, BUSY or similar accounting software
• Good Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
• WhatsApp Business and customer follow-up
• Canva and basic social media knowledge
• Clear Hindi communication and basic English
• Honest, organised and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Candidates with experience in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, wholesale or distribution will be preferred.
The candidate must currently live in Lucknow and be able to work daily from our warehouse.
