We are looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our Formulation Research & Development Team.
🔬 Position: Research Associate – FRD
🏭 Industry: Nutraceuticals / Health Supplements
🧪 Specialization: Powder Formulations
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
📍 Job Location: Selaqui, Dehradun
🎓 Qualification- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Technology
🔬 Key Responsibilities
• Research & development of nutraceutical products in powder form
• Development and optimization of nutritional powders, premixes and supplement formulations
• Selection and evaluation of functional ingredients, flavours and sweeteners
• Conduct formulation trials and evaluate solubility, dispersibility, flowability, taste and stability
• New product development and improvement of existing formulations
• Preparation and maintenance of R&D documentation, specifications and development reports
• Coordination with Production, QA & QC for trials, scale-up and commercialization
• Technical evaluation of new ingredients and raw materials
• Review of scientific and technical literature related to nutraceutical formulations
👤 Preferred Candidate
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Technology
• Experience in nutraceutical / health supplement / food product development preferred
• Hands-on experience in powder formulation will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of food and nutraceutical ingredients
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills
