Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement enterprise GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Foundry and Anthropic Claude
• Build intelligent assistants, copilots, knowledge-search applications, and AI agents
• Develop agentic workflows, tool use, and function calling using Claude
• Implement RAG architectures using Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and enterprise data
• Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies, structured outputs, reusable prompts, and multi-step workflows
• Evaluate models based on accuracy, reasoning, latency, context-window requirements, security, and cost
• Build evaluation frameworks covering groundedness, relevance, hallucination, safety, tool-call accuracy, and task completion
• Implement AI guardrails, content filtering, prompt-injection protection, data privacy, and Responsible AI practices
• Integrate GenAI applications with enterprise APIs, databases, document repositories, and collaboration platforms
• Develop backend AI services using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, Azure Functions, and/or Azure Container Apps
• Establish LLMOps / GenAIOps practices including prompt versioning, evaluation, CI/CD, monitoring, and rollback
• Design monitoring for token usage, response quality, latency, errors, model usage, and operational costs
• Provide architectural guidance, technical reviews, and mentorship to development teams
• Prepare solution architecture documents, technical designs, implementation plans, and reusable GenAI accelerators
