Role Description The Data Manager at additivecloud is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing data collection, storage, organization, and governance across multiple systems and projects. Day-to-day activities include maintaining data quality standards, monitoring data integrity, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements. The Data Manager designs and implements processes for data validation, documentation, and secure access, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves generating reports, supporting analytics initiatives, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to optimize data workflows and infrastructure.
Qualifications
Experience managing large datasets, including data modeling, data warehousing, and database administration.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems.
Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and security best practices.
Ability to design and implement data quality frameworks, including validation, cleansing, and documentation processes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, analytics, and product management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to present data findings and recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in a data management or data operations role; experience in a technology-focused organization is advantageous.
