Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Legal Intern at Team Counsel. The intern will assist the team in legal document preparation, client communication, addressing legal issues, and providing legal consulting services. This will be a long-term assessment internship.
Note: The first month will be unpaid. If the internship is extended beyond the first month, the intern will be eligible for a stipend based on their performance and the satisfaction of the team.
Qualifications
Final-year student of a 5-year or 3-year law program
Law and Legal Consulting skills
Legal Document Preparation abilities
Strong Communication skills
Knowledge of Legal Issues
Ability to work independently and remotely
Dedication, professionalism, and a keen interest in legal consulting
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
