Babysoft Software is looking for a dynamic and target-driven IT Sales Executive to generate business for our IT services - mobile application, Travel integration, PMS and custom software development services.
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lucknow — Work from Office
🕒 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time
💼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–3 years in IT/Software Sales
💼 Salary : upto 40K per month and incentives on additional sales.
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦s
✅ Generate and qualify leads for website, mobile app, and custom software projects.
✅ Connect with prospective clients and promote our services in the local market
✅ Understand business requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations
✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups
✅ Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business
✅ Maintain accurate lead and sales-pipeline records using CRM tools
✅ Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
🔹 Proven experience in IT services, software.
🔹 Good understanding of website development, mobile applications, custom software, and the software development lifecycle
🔹 Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Confidence in handling client calls, face-to-face meetings, and demonstrations
🔹 A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; an IT or business background is preferred
