Manufacturing Operator

Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment. • Follow SOPs, work instructions, and documentation procedures (DHR, PDR, NCR). • Perform quality inspections and maintain cleanroom standards. • Report equipment issues and support corrective actions. • Prepare materials, review records, and support production schedules. • Participate in shift handovers and communicate operational updates. • Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Required Skills • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Attention to detail and basic math skills. • Understanding of GMP/GDP practices. • Ability to read drawings and follow manufacturing procedures. Physical requirements/abilities: • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift 25 lbs.
