Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage the content calendar, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Create engaging, brand-aligned content for Fitspire’s social media channels.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and internal teams for content execution.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Track key social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Support influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/execution.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media trends.
- Good content creation, communication, and copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience with Canva/CapCut or similar content-creation tools is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
