Role Description The Video Editor at ZenithZ will work remotely in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with producers, designers, and content teams to deliver high-quality video assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage into polished videos, assembling sound and visuals, and ensuring smooth transitions and pacing that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role involves applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements, and optimizing video formats for various digital platforms. The Video Editor will also organize media assets, maintain project files, and contribute creative ideas during pre-production and post-production discussions to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual consistency, style, and viewer engagement.
Ability to work with Graphics and visual assets, including titles, overlays, and branded elements.
Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling capability, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is beneficial.
Prior experience in digital content, advertising, or social media video production is an advantage.
