Role Description
The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving bookings and revenue for Solana Hills Retreat through targeted sales and marketing initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in Mhow involves identifying and engaging potential guests, travel partners, and corporate clients; conducting local outreach; and nurturing relationships to promote the retreat for holidays, events, and getaways. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing online listings and social media presence, preparing promotional materials, and tracking performance metrics. The role also includes conducting market research, coordinating with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience, attending local events or networking opportunities, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Marketing Executive will work closely with management to refine pricing, packages, and promotions aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional strategies for the retreat.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze local demand, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, conversion, and relationship management with guests and partners.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients, creating clear messaging, and collaborating with internal teams.
Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or leisure industry sales and marketing is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Mhow, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software) and familiarity with social media and online travel platforms.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
