A. Lead Generation and Order Intake:-
Managing the sales cycle by generating inquiry of bushing (Transformers Bushings, Wall Bushings , having construction of OIP/RIP/RIS), Transformer Accessories from industries, Power Transmission and Generation Companies and Government Utilities from Western region.
Tracking Power transformers and EPC tenders from Government utility and from private Industries.
Tracking of Inquiries / Quotations to convert into order.
Develop relationships with Customers
Visiting Customers regularly to Spec-In / QR activities
Providing best Techno-commercial solutions to customers.
Proposing, negotiate with customers commercial terms and conditions along with prices in line with market situation which should also be align with dept target to win order and taking price approval from management.
Providing Order Acknowledgements with verifying customer orders with provided quotations / organisation guidelines.
B. Order execution:-
Follow up with inside sales team to get the order update on weekly basis
Ensure order shall be executed before delivery due date.
Ensuring payment is received on time. Submission of PBG and its collection once due. Collection of EMD.
Ensuring order execution without any risk on profitability especially Liquidated damages, any other claims from customers. In rare cases, presenting L/D waiver case to customers and recovering L/D
Collection of payment from customers for due payments, ensuring cashflow for organisation
