Position- Project Manager Observability
Experience- 14+ years
Location- Navi Mumbai
CTC- 28 LPA Fixed
Mandatory Skills: Observability Tools ( Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, etc )
Responsibilities:
• Managing project portfolio in the role of program manager or delivery manager (5+yrs, 10+ projects simultaneously), escalation handling, portfolio planning, delivery excellence, monitoring & reportingetc.
• Hands on experience in pre-sales activities, RFx process, research & analysis, proposal
presentation, estimation & pricing.
• Experience in managing revenue, profitability (ACV R30+ M) – includes cost optimization initiatives, tracking & reporting, invoicing process etc.
• Hands on experience in managing Observability team (e.g. DataDog support) OR infrastructure
support
• Experience as Scrum Master for at least 3 projects.
• Experience in managing large scale transformationalprojects, data& analytics, support, digital
transformation etc.
• Experience in requirement analysis and documentation, reviewing deliverable.
