Role Description The Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting the agency’s financial operations and compliance. This role includes preparing and maintaining financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and managing day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations. The Finance Executive will handle financial reporting for management, monitor cash flow, and support audits and regulatory filings, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance. The role also involves analyzing financial data to provide insights on cost efficiency, profitability, and resource allocation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely financial information. The Finance Executive will contribute to improving financial processes and maintaining organized documentation in line with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and the ability to interpret and prepare Financial Statements.
Candidates should possess solid Financial Reporting skills and experience supporting management with accurate, timely reports.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, filings, and related documentation.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
