Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves creating and optimizing CNC programs for machining components used in customized car mat production and related automotive accessories. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, setting up machining operations, selecting appropriate tools and parameters, and ensuring parts meet quality and dimensional specifications. The CNC Programmer will collaborate with production and quality teams, troubleshoot machining issues, improve cycle times, and maintain documentation for programs and processes. The role also includes monitoring machine performance, adhering to safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in CNC Programming and Programming for manufacturing processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling for operating and optimizing CNC equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in Technical Drawing for reading and interpreting engineering drawings and production blueprints.
Experience with CAD/CAM software, G-code, and CNC control systems (such as Fanuc, Siemens, or similar) is beneficial.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality are important.
Ability to work collaboratively in a production environment and adapt to shifting priorities is expected.
