Release Manager

Our Client is looking for an experienced Release Manager to manage end-to-end software releases across complex SAP-enabled enterprise IT environments. The role involves release planning, coordination, deployment, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate end-to-end releases across teams and environments.
Manage release activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
Coordinate with Development, QA, Operations, and Business teams.
Identify release risks and ensure appropriate contingency plans.
Ensure testing, approvals, and sign-offs are completed before production deployment.
Drive release governance, process improvement, and automation.
Ensure compliance with ITIL, organizational, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Release Management within enterprise IT environments.
Experience managing releases in large SAP-enabled environments.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile.
Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM, ServiceNow, and Git.
Good understanding of ITIL processes and release governance.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
