We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Utility & Maintenance Manager to join our manufacturing plant at Vijapur, Mehsana, Gujarat.
🔹 Position: Utility & Maintenance Manager
🔹 Location: Vijapur, Mehsana, Gujarat
🔹 Industry: Food / Frozen Food Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for Plant Utility & Maintenance operations
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning of all utility systems and equipment
• Handle Boiler, Ammonia Refrigeration, Compressors, Chillers, HVAC, DG, Air Compressors, RO/Water Systems & other utilities
• Plan and execute Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
• Manage electrical, mechanical and utility maintenance activities
• Ensure minimum downtime and maximum equipment reliability
• Lead and manage the Maintenance & Utility team
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and operational requirements
• Maintain maintenance records, schedules, spares and equipment history
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Projects and other departments for smooth plant operations
• Drive cost reduction, energy efficiency and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile:
✅ 8–12+ years of relevant experience in Utility & Maintenance
✅ Experience in Food / FMCG / Frozen Food / Manufacturing industry preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of plant utilities and maintenance systems
✅ Good team leadership and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience in handling preventive maintenance and breakdown management
