🏢 About Us
SIL is a Pune-based manufacturer of fiber laser cutting machines with a fast-growing installed base across the country. Our Service Operations team is the backbone of our customer relationships, and we're expanding it with people who take pride in getting things done.
🎯 The Role: Service Coordinator (3 Positions)
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the voice of SIL for customers in your region, and the link that brings our customers and field engineers together. From the first call to the final follow-up, you'll make sure every service request is handled promptly and professionally.
📍 Regions we're hiring for:
South (1 position): fluency in English, Kannada, and Tamil or Telugu. Candidates from South India who are willing to relocate to Pune are warmly welcome.
North & East (2 positions): fluency in English and Hindi.
🎓 Freshers are encouraged to apply. No technical background is needed; we'll train you on everything you need.
💼 What You'll Do
Receive, log and track service calls from customers in your region
Coordinate with field engineers to schedule visits, and follow through until every issue is resolved
Keep customers informed at every stage of their service request
Connect with customers after installations and service visits to understand their experience
Record customer concerns and bring them to the right internal teams
Maintain service trackers and share clear, regular updates with the Service team
✅ What We're Looking For
Graduate in any stream
Clear, confident communication in English and your regional languages
A natural comfort with speaking to customers over the phone
An organised, detail-oriented approach with reliable follow-up
Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
0–2 years of experience; customer support or coordination experience is a plus
