Technical Lead

Role Description The Technical Lead will guide a development team in designing, building, and maintaining software solutions that meet client and business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical architecture decisions, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices, and overseeing the full software development lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to define technical scope, plan releases, and resolve complex issues. The Technical Lead will mentor team members, conduct technical training, and promote continuous improvement in development processes and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuddalore.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in software architecture and design, including experience with scalable, secure, and maintainable system design.
Candidates should possess solid proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar), along with experience in API and microservices development.
Candidates should possess skills in database design and management, including relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
Candidates should possess experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated testing and deployment.
Candidates should possess strong leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring developers, facilitating code reviews, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant experience in delivering on-time, on-budget software projects and working in agile or iterative development environments is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
