We're Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer (IT Support)
Join our team and play a key role in delivering reliable IT support across multiple locations.
What you'll be working on:
End-user desktop and application support
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and performance diagnostics
Active Directory & credential management
Patch management and endpoint security
Monitoring agent deployment via Group Policy (GPO)
Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Hardware diagnostics and inventory management
Documentation and knowledge base creation
We're looking for candidates with:
• 1–3 years of Desktop Support/IT Helpdesk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and basic networking
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 per month
